How to keep your life organized

Organizing our life means simplifying what is going on around us. Then will have more time for all our projects: all those beautiful things we want to accomplish. I love being organized. Certainly, that there are weeks better than others and sometimes even days better than others;-) I describe below the things that i do that makes me feel organized. You will note that having my house spic and span is not on the list. Organizing our lives is not always visible to the naked eye. We may very well have the house in a mess but be organized. And likewise a clean house doesn’t mean your life is well organized.

  1. Write the things you want to do in a notebook :you can write as much things as you want to accomplish as your financial state. Number 1 for me this one. My life is so much easier when i write everything i have to do or i plan to do. Here i am giving ideas on what to write, to plan.
  2. Note your appointments, holidays, partys that you will attend in an agenda (paper and even electronic). you will also note your goals for the month
  3. Have a board for the week’s menu – better if it’s in the kitchen  :Knowing in advance what you menu is for the week is wonderful! Less stress about knowing what to eat for the week. And less junk food. My board is like this—–>    I put my bills, like that i dont forget it! And I write down the items that I absolutely must not forget the next time I do the grocery shopping.  Absolutely love this.
  4. Declutter (from time to time: make a big decluttering of a place in the house: you can keep a to-do lists in your notebook). For example: October: the room of the little one, next month your daughter.
    • Organize the different pieces of the house: not only by getting rid (give, sell) but also by buying boxes to store the different bevels. My son has so many different games and in addition they are small pieces: I put them in different transparent boxes that I bought at the dollar store.
    •           Tips: don’t do the whole room the same day! 10 minutes is all it takes. For example: I’m doing the cleaning of a wardrobe: I have absolutely everything came out (of course it’s not always possible to take everything out) and 10 minutes a day; I go there to get rid of some items, reorganizing everything.
  5.  Set deadlines: our dreams shouldn’t have deadlines: of course we have to work on them every day, but we have to tell ourselves that things take time. But the tasks you want to do should have deadlines.
  6. Prioritize: Everything looks important in our lives and indeed, many things are. Watch the things you want to accomplish this week, this month, this year. Did you put it on your agenda?
  7. Stop procrastinating: It’s not always bad because it can allow us to think and get off on the right foot. But most of the time, it’s a behavior you adopt to protect yourself. But as far as the organization of our lives is concerned, it just postpones what we can do now and right now. Take 10 minutes and do it, or at least start it.
  8. Having a routine that you like in the morning and evening: not only do you feel more soothed, but you also accomplish more.
  9. Delegate at home : It is so hard not to do things yourself: because it’s not done the way you do it! But believe me you get used to it and it does so much good not to take care of everything.
